About
Our Story
What began in 2019 as a small, local car detailing business has grown into something much bigger — and much more meaningful. From humble beginnings, we’ve built a reputation for delivering professional, high-quality service with care and consistency. That dedication led us to securing the largest vehicle cleaning contract with Victoria Police in the state of Victoria, a partnership we proudly continue today.
Over the past four years, we’ve expanded our services to include specialised trauma cleaning, working alongside Victoria Police and community organisations to support individuals and families through highly sensitive situations.
Whether it’s assisting after the loss of a loved one, supporting someone through a hoarding cleanup, or responding to critical incidents, we bring the same level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion to every job.
We understand how hard it can be to make that first call — but you don’t have to do it alone.
Our team is trained in biohazard safety, trauma-informed care, and compassionate communication. There’s no judgement here. Just support, respect, and a commitment to helping you reclaim your space with dignity.
No situation is too “far gone.” No story is too complicated.
We're here — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — when you need us most.

What We Do

Trauma & Biohazard Cleaning (24/7)
We provide urgent, compassionate trauma and biohazard cleaning services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether responding to an accident, critical incident, or medical emergency, our highly trained team ensures the space is fully sanitised, decontaminated, and restored with sensitivity and professionalism.
What’s involved:
Our trauma and biohazard cleaning includes the removal of blood, bodily fluids, and contaminated materials, followed by deep sanitisation of affected areas using hospital-grade disinfectants. We wear full PPE and follow strict biohazard protocols to ensure safety for occupants and future use of the space.
Suicide & Unattended Death Cleanup
We understand the emotional toll these situations bring, and we approach every suicide or unattended death cleanup with compassion, discretion, and respect. Our priority is to restore the space with care, allowing families and loved ones to grieve without the burden of cleanup.
What’s involved:
This service includes the safe removal of biological material, odour neutralisation, sanitisation of affected areas, and disposal of any contaminated soft furnishings or flooring if required. We handle the entire process with care, ensuring the environment is safe, clean, and respectfully treated.
Crime Scene Cleaning
We provide specialised cleaning services for crime scenes, including incidents involving blood, trauma, and forensic activity. We work closely with law enforcement, property owners, and community organisations to ensure the space is discreetly restored with professionalism and empathy.
What’s involved:
Our crime scene cleaning includes removal and disposal of biohazardous materials, deep disinfection of surfaces, odour removal, and structural remediation when needed. We are trained to follow forensic procedures and understand the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity during these jobs.
Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning
We understand that hoarding is often linked to trauma, mental health, and difficult life events. Our team approaches each situation without judgement, working alongside individuals, families, and support workers to restore the space with care, compassion, and dignity.
What’s involved:
This service may include removal of accumulated waste, sorting and salvaging belongings, deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, pest control coordination, and deodorisation. We work at a pace that respects the client’s needs, offering support through every step of the process.
Deceased Estate & General Estate Cleanouts
Estate cleanouts can be emotionally overwhelming, especially when dealing with a loss. We offer respectful, thorough cleanout services to help families, executors, and support workers clear, sort, and prepare properties for sale or transition.
What’s involved:
We handle sorting, removal, and disposal of personal items, furniture, and general waste. Valuable or sentimental items can be identified and set aside upon request. Once cleared, we also offer deep cleaning of the property to bring it back to a presentable and respectful condition.
Medical & Biohazard Waste Disposal
We provide safe, compliant removal of medical and biohazardous waste for both private and commercial clients. Our team ensures all materials are collected, transported, and disposed of according to Victorian health and safety regulations.
What’s involved:
Services include the pickup of sharps, used PPE, contaminated materials, medical waste, and biological substances. All waste is logged and handled by trained professionals wearing PPE, using certified containers, and following proper disposal procedures at licensed facilities.
